Sri Balaji Society’s “Sri Balaji University, Pune”, is the University for Opportunities, and excellent centre for Management Education in Pune. Under the able guidance and leadership of its founding father and Chancellor, Professor Dr. (Col) A. Balasubramanian, it was developed and established a unique educational culture. Over the period of more than two decades of experience, Sri Balaji Society, Pune was given the opportunity to establish the University, Sri Balaji University, by the Maharashtra Government, by the Act, Maharashtra Act No. XII of 2019, in August 2019.

Sri Balaji University, Pune (SBUP) is one huge campus with four constituent management institutes. Today, SBUP offers Master of Business Administration (MBA) Programmes through its four constituent management institutions - Balaji Institute of Modern Management (BIMM), Balaji Institute of Technology & Management (BITM), Balaji Institute of International Business (BIIB), and Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resources Development (BIMHRD). Our four constituent management institutes have excelled in terms of education, global placement of our students, and rankings. We are one of the top B Schools in India.

SBUP offers Master of Business Administration (MBA) Programmes and Doctoral Research (Ph.D.) in various domain areas of management science. The specializations offered are Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, International Business, Information Technology, Operations & Supply Chain Management, and Business Analytics.

One more feather in our hat, we have started a few more undergraduate Schools/colleges on our campus. Admissions are now open for the academic year 2025-26 for the undergraduate colleges - School of Computer Studies - BCA & MCA Programmes (Faculty of Science & Technology), School of Actuarial Science - B.Sc. Actuarial Science (Faculty of Science & Technology), School of Humanities & Social Sciences - BA (Faculty of Humanities), School of Liberal Arts - BA- Liberal Arts (Faculty of Liberal Arts), School of Commerce & Management - BBA, BBA+MBA Programmes (Faculty of Commerce & Management), Balaji School Law - BBA+LLB, BA+LLB, LLB Programmes (Faculty of Law).

Apart from these above institutions Sri Balaji society also has a law college – Balaji Law College (BLC) and an Undergraduate and Graduate level college namely – Balaji College of Arts Commerce and Science (BCACS) and Balaji Junior College of Arts Commerce and Science (BCACS). BLC and BCACS are affiliated with the Savitribai Phule Pune University.

LIBRARY FACILITIES

University is having centralised library. Our library possesses more than 2,10,000 books comprising textbooks, reference books, books related to business and management, and many more. To promote learning and encourage students to develop an inclination towards the latest management research, each library has subscribed to about 185 journals and magazines comprising international and national editions along with subscriptions to 26 local and national newspapers.

The libraries have also made arrangements for sharing information and knowledge from several national and international online libraries and databases such as NDL- National Digital Library, EBSCO- EBSCO Management Collection & eBook Business Collection and has online subscriptions and editions to journals such as Human Resource Development Review, Global Journal of Emerging Market Economics and so on. 14 online journals and databases are made available for the students and faculty for study and research.

Each library possesses more than 345 CDs related to various subjects like, Psychometric test, IQ Test, ET in Class Room, aptitude test and CDs on Faculty Seminar Series published by Harvard Business School are also available.

The reading rooms of the libraries have comfortable chairs and desk facilities offering opportunities for serious research and study along with light reading and general reference with a seating capacity of approximately 120 to 180. It possesses a reprographic facility for the students and faculty members. Each library is equipped with 10 computer systems catering to the e-library and reference needs of its members and visitors.

CAMPUS LIFE

At Sri Balaji University, we firmly believe that the Campus infrastructure which is one of the most important inputs for the budding managers. The Campus facilities are the enablers in achieving the larger objective of giving a comfortable stay and a positive learning environment to student managers. The overall objective of creating great professionals, academicians, cannot be achieved unless the University is well-equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and the latest technology. Eligibility

• Be a UGC-recognized university graduate with a minimum of 50% of marks (There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks in case of SC/ST category.).
• Students currently in the final year of their graduation and confident of securing a minimum of 50% aggregate marks may also apply for the course.
• Entrance test CLAT / MAH CET / LSAT / CUET / AILET or Need to clear the SBEST LLB test conducted by Sri Balaji University Pune, (SBUP)

ADMISSION PROCESS

• Eligible students can apply online. After scrutiny of the applications, eligible candidates will be informed the schedule of Brief Interactive Session & Personal Interview (PI)
• Need to Clear SBEST test to be conducted by Sri Balaji University Pune, (SBUP) Pune.
• Brief Interactive Session - Student will have an opportunity to interact with senior faculty/Director to clear their doubts regarding the program.
• Personal Interview – Experts will interview and assess the candidates on various parameters including the suitability of the candidates.
• University reserves the right to make changes in this admission process as and when required

LLB - 2025-28 BATCH FEES STRUCTURE

Note : Uniform fee not included in the fees structure.

Refund Rules

*Caution money or security deposit, which are not part of the fees chargeable, shall be refunded in full.

** In case of (1) in the table above, the entire fee after the deduction of the processing fee of not more than Rs. 1000/- shall be refunded to the student by the University/concerned Institution

Education Loan

All MBA programs run under the aegis of the Sri Balaji University are specially approved for education loan from AVANSE, AXIS BANK, TATA Capital, Bank of Baroda, CREDENC, Punjab National Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank & Propelld, Bank of Maharashtra & Credila. Sri Balaji Society, Pune has signed MoUs with these banks. An education loan can be availed from any of the mentioned banks/NBFCs. However, students have the liberty to approach any other bank as per their convenience.
