About B.P.E.S.
Physical Education is a form of one of the most effective means of education imparted through physical exercises, recreational activities and sports. It is an integral part of education. Which by mere participation in it gives the outcomes. These outcomes are both instant as well as have strong carry over values in the life. The children as well as the adults and the old enjoy physical activities & sports and gets benefit in the form of stronger muscles and bones, increased energy, coordinate on level and most importantly the decreased risk of developing chronic diseases.
The curriculum framework for a B.P.E.S. (Bachelor of Physical Education & Sports) Honors 4-YEAR UG course is intended to provide a broad framework within the Physical Education program and responds to the needs of student’s requirements and based on the National Education Policy of India 2020 (NEP 2020). The framework is expected to assist in the maintenance of standard and uniformity of Physical Education degrees across the country. This will also help in periodic program review within a broad framework of agreed expected graduate attributes, qualification descriptors, program learning outcomes and course-level learning outcomes. The framework does seek to bring about uniformity in syllabi for a program of study in Physical Education, teaching-learning process as well as learning assessment procedures. However, the framework is also intended to allow flexibility and innovation in program design.
Aims of the Bachelor's degree Program in Physical Education
Physical education is not only concerned with the physical outcome that accrue from participation in physical activities but also the development of knowledge and attitude conducive to lifelong learning and participation in motor activities. The overall aim of bachelor's degree program in Physical Education is; The acquisition and refinement of motor skills

Eligibility
- Candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (+2) or any other examination recognized as equivalent.
- The reservation in seats for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS and other categories shall be as per the rules of the Central Government/State Government, which ever is applicable
- The candidate also shall be physically and medically fit to under go vigorous physical activity apart from the minimum eligibility criteria.
- The applicant's minimum eligibility requirement is to have represented the district or school in any game or sport.
- A candidate should have scored minimum 50% marks in qualifying examination.(Minimum 45% for SC/ST candidates).
Duration : The course shall be of Four-year duration spread over eight semesters. The total working days for a semester shall not be less than 90 working days. The curriculum and syllabi for course shall be as prescribed from time to time. The Maximum duration to complete the course shall be 7 years.

ADMISSION PROCESS
- Eligible students can apply online. After scrutiny of the applications, eligible candidates will be informed the schedule of Brief Interactive Session & Personal Interview (PI)
- Brief Interactive Session - Student will have an opportunity to interact with senior faculty/Director to clear their doubts regarding the program.
- Personal Interview – Experts will interview and assess the candidates on various parameters including the suitability of the candidates for offered specialisations.
- Weightage - Marks obtained in HSC/qualifying exam will carry 50% weightage and Personal Interview will carry 50% weightage for preparation of finale merit list for admission.
- University reserves the right to make changes in this admission process as and when required
Refund Rules

Education Loan
All MBA programs run under the aegis of the Sri Balaji University are specially approved for education loan from AVANSE, AXIS BANK, TATA Capital, Bank of Baroda, CREDENC, Punjab National Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank & Propelld, Bank of Maharashtra & Credila. Sri Balaji Society, Pune has signed MoUs with these banks. An education loan can be availed from any of the mentioned banks/NBFCs. However, students have the liberty to approach any other bank as per their convenience.

Attendance
- A student shall be considered to have satisfied the requirement of attendance for each course, if he/she has attended not less-than 75% of the number of classes held up to the end of the semester including tests, seminars, group discussion, practical, tutorials, special classes and lectures, etc.
- A student who does not satisfy the requirements of attendance (at least 75% in each course) shall be ineligible to appear for the examination of that course/s. And the student shall repeat that course in the subsequent year/s as regular student at his/her own risk.
