Mimansa 2024 - International Research Conference

Overview
An old adage says - When the winds of change flow some people build walls some build windmills. The International Conference Mimansa celebrates the spirit of ‘Problems are Opportunities’ the mantra given by our founder Chancellor Prof. Dr. (Col.) A. Balasubramanian. We are living in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world which possesses many challenges that have only been compounded by the Pandemic. Many organizations saw an opportunity in this scenario and converted the challenges to their advantage. The International Conference will provide a forum for thought leaders from across the world to share their knowledge and insights in the area of Business Management and Technology.
About the Conference
Mimansa Conference endeavors to present a confluence of the best of minds in academia and industry on contemporary topics of relevance in the domain of Business Management and Technology. Mimansa, as embodied in its name aims to foster a scientific temper, spirit of inquiry, and profound reflection.
At its core, the conference recognizes that crises are not merely challenges to be overcome but also catalysts for transformation and growth. By reframing crises as opportunities for organizational renewal and innovation, businesses can harness their adaptive capabilities to drive positive change and create value for stakeholders.
Moreover, the conference is a forum for interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration, bridging the gap between academia, industry, and policy. By bringing together diverse perspectives and expertise, participants can gain a deeper understanding of the complex dynamics and identify actionable insights that can inform theory and practice.
The significance of the conference lies in its potential to catalyze meaningful change, not only within individual organizations but also across entire industries and economies. The conference aims to inspire a collective effort toward building a more resilient, sustainable, and inclusive future by sharing best practices, exchanging knowledge, and fostering collaboration.
Also, High-quality research papers and case studies describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work in all areas of Business Management and Technology are cordially invited for presentation at the two-day conference.
